We organise digital inventories, digital tenancy agreements, and conduct viewings every day of the week (by appointment), carry out tenants’ reference checks, and move them into the property.
For Landlords looking to change their lettings agency, you can
authorise us to Switch Agents via our chosen mobile apps, or
- request an agreement form to be sent to your chosen address, for you to return either in person, or by mail. This is especially useful for Investment and Overseas Landlords.
