As a Redstones franchisee, the profits you could make will of course depend on a number of factors, including how you run your business and the local situation,
The below returns is the average you could expect. These returns are based on Redstones current knowledge and experience. The returns that you could earn may be higher or lower.
Average returns:
£620 for each property you let. We would envisage you to have around 600 properties on your books by your fifth year of trading.
£100 for each annual contract renewal.
£50+ for each checkout.
£35 for each annual gas certificate on each property.
£30 for each epc on a property.
We manage more properties than our competitors because we focus on landlords with a portfolio. You can earn around 10% of all rental income on about 60% of your book, which we aim to be around 360 properties by your fifth year. There will also be an initial set up fee of £300 minimum, on each property.
