You can earn from around £620 for each average let with around 600 properties in stock by Year 5 on target.
You can also earn from around £110 for each annual contract renewal, £90+ for each check-out, £35 for each annual gas certificate on each property, £30 for Energy Performance Certificates and around 11% of all rental income on about 60% of your 600 properties on target in Year 5, plus an initial set up fee from around £300 on each and more.
