Extended opening hours

Our office is open seven days a week at the times listed below. However, due to popular demand, we are now able to offer accompanied viewings outside of these hours. All viewings are to be made by prior arrangement.

  • Weekdays: 9.30am to 6.00pm
  • Saturday:   9.00am to 4.00pm  
  • Sunday:    10.00am to 2.00pm  

Dedicated Property Management 


Our dedicated property management service will ensure that your property is being properly looked after by your tenants. We will make regular visits to your premises and report back to you with our findings.

Should there be a need for any maintenance work to be carried out we will contact you for your approval before going ahead and completing the job. Redstones Wolverhampton only uses the very best and most reliable property maintenance contractors, so you can rest easy knowing that your property is in good hands.

Out of hours Emergency Call-Out Service

All tenants will be given a dedicated helpline number to call in case of an emergency occurring outside of normal office hours. In the unlikely event that this should happen an operator will field the call and assess the severity of the problem, determining whether it is actually an emergency or not. Should it be deemed necessary, the operator will then authorise a local tradesman to respond and deal with whatever issue the tenant may be experiencing.

Professional Inventory/Schedule of Condition Report

As a landlord you have the right to request that a thorough professional written Inventory/Schedule of Condition Report is carried out prior to a new tenant moving into your property. Having this report in place can give you great peace of mind as it will reduce the likelihood of a dispute between yourself and the tenant occurring at the end of any tenancy agreement. Equally, the report also protects the tenant against any wrongful claims made by landlords too – a win/win for both parties concerned.

All Redstones Wolverhampton Lettings Inventory Clerks are members of AIP – the ‘Association of Inventory Professionals’. This ensures that both tenant and landlord are being treated fairly and that the highest codes of practice are being adhered to when creating this important piece of documentation.
