Our office is every day, here are our opening hours:

* Monday – Friday: 9.30am to 6.00pm

* Saturday: 9.00am to 4.00pm

* Sunday: 10.00am to 2.00pm

Note: Due to popular demand, we now offer accompanied viewings outside of these hours, ensuring that your property isn’t missing out on any prospective tenants. All viewings must be made by prior arrangement.

Dedicated Property Management Our attentive property management service is there for landlords to ensure that your tenants keep your property in good condition, this includes regular visits to the property to asses and report our findings back to you.

If your property ever needs any maintainemce work, we’ll take care of everything (with your approval of course). Redstones Telford only ever uses the most professional, reliable, property maintainemce contractors, so you can relax, knowing that that your premises is being looked after.

Out of hours Emergency Call-Out Service

At Redstones Telford we provide all of our tenants with a dedicated helpline number that they can use in case of an emergency outside of normal office hours. The likelihood of this happening is small, but if it does happen, an operator will assess how severe the problem is based on the call and will decide whether it is considered an emergency or not. If the situation is considered an emergency, the operator will then send a local tradesman to resolve the tenant’s issue.  

Professional Inventory/Schedule of Condition Report

Landlords have the right to request a thorough, professional written Inventory/Schedule of Condition Report before a new tenant moves into your property. This report can offer you peace of mind and could reduce the chance of you and your tenant(s) having any disputes at the end of a tenancy agreement. The report can also offer peace of mind for the tenants, as it can protect them against any wrongful claims made by landlords – it is definitely something that should be considered by both parties.

You can rest assured knowing that all Redstones Telford Lettings Inventory Clerks are members of AIP – the ‘Association of Inventory Professionals’. This means that both tenants and landlords are being treated fairly in every instance, and that they adhere to the highest codes of practice when they create this important document.
