Open longer hours 
Our offices are open 7 days a week as per the times detailed below, however we will also accompany viewings outside of these hours, by prior arrangement. 

Weekdays: 9.00am to 7.00pm 
Saturday: 9.00am to 4.00pm 
Sunday: 10.00am to 2.00pm  

Professional Inventory/Schedule of Condition Report 
Redstones will, at the Landlords request, ensure that a thorough professional written Inventory/Schedule of Condition Report is carried out, protecting both the Landlord and Tenant and greatly reducing the likelihood of a dispute arising at the end of the Tenancy.

Dedicated Property Managemen
Within our 1st and 2nd Choice Service options, we will carry out interim visits and report our findings to you, to ensure that your chosen Tenants are taking excellent care of your property. In the event that maintenance work is required, with your prior approval, we will use only the very best and most reliable property maintenance contractors.

Out of hours Emergency Call out Service
In the event of an emergency outside of office hours, tenants can call a dedicated helpline where the operator will question and assess the situation over the phone, determining whether it is actually an emergency or not, before authorising a local tradesman to respond and deal with the situation
